When you submit our Project Intake Form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

- Property address (street, city, state, and ZIP code)
- Property type, size, and details about your project
- The service(s) you're requesting and your preferred timeline
- Notes about site access, airspace restrictions, or ownership/permission status
We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our intake form is used solely to:
- Evaluate your project and provide an accurate quote
- Check airspace restrictions and flight feasibility for your property
- Contact you about scheduling, deliverables, or your project status
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
How Your Information Is Stored
Form submissions are transmitted securely to a private Google Sheet used internally for scheduling and record-keeping. Access to this data is limited to Louisville Drone Services. Submitted images and video captured during a project are stored securely and are only used for the deliverables you've requested, unless you've separately given permission for promotional or portfolio use.
Third-Party Services
This site uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:
- Google Apps Script / Google Sheets — used to receive and store form submissions
- Google Fonts & Font Awesome — used to load fonts and icons from their respective content delivery networks
- Google Analytics (if enabled) — used to understand how visitors use this site. If active, Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser; you can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data Retention
We retain submitted project information for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project and maintain business records. If you'd like your information removed from our records, contact us using the information below and we'll process your request promptly.
Your Choices
You may decline to submit any optional field on our intake form. Required fields are limited to what we need to evaluate and schedule your project. You may also request a copy of the information we have on file, or request that it be corrected or deleted, at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision.
